We value your trust and want every order you place with us to bring happiness and satisfaction. Since we work with fresh, perishable flowers and live plants, our refund and return policies differ slightly from those of other retail products. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>1. Fresh Flowers &amp; Perishable Items<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All fresh flower and plant arrangements are custom-made for each order.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> As such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges simply due to a change of mind or personal preference once your order has been prepared or delivered.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, if your flowers or plants arrive damaged, wilted, or significantly different from what was ordered, we will gladly review the issue and offer a suitable solution.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>2. Cancellations<\/b><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund if the request is made before your flowers are prepared or dispatched.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After Dispatch: Once your order has left our store or is prepared for delivery, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, we cannot refund the delivery fee.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>5.
