Welcome to Grass Florist. We value your trust and want every order you place with us to bring happiness and satisfaction. Since we work with fresh, perishable flowers and live plants, our refund and return policies differ slightly from those of other retail products. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Fresh Flowers & Perishable Items

All fresh flower and plant arrangements are custom-made for each order.
As such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges simply due to a change of mind or personal preference once your order has been prepared or delivered.

However, if your flowers or plants arrive damaged, wilted, or significantly different from what was ordered, we will gladly review the issue and offer a suitable solution.

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

You may request a refund or replacement only if:

  • The product was damaged during delivery.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product did not match the description (there was a significant difference in flower type, size, or arrangement).

To qualify:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear, high-quality photos of the product and its packaging.
  3. Include your order number, delivery date, and contact details in your message.

Requests received after 24 hours may not be eligible due to the perishable nature of flowers.

3. Refund Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • You may choose between a replacement arrangement or a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

4. Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund if the request is made before your flowers are prepared or dispatched.
  • After Dispatch: Once your order has left our store or is prepared for delivery, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, we cannot refund the delivery fee.

5. Substitutions

Due to seasonal availability, certain flowers or containers may occasionally be unavailable.
We reserve the right to substitute with similar flowers or products of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery.
Such substitutions will not be considered grounds for a refund.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or event floral arrangements (e.g., weddings, large events).
  • Plants or bouquets that have been kept beyond 24 hours after delivery without any reported issues.
  • Orders where incorrect recipient details were provided.

7. How to Submit a Request

Our customer care team will respond within 24–48 hours.
